LIMITED EDITION CHARITY CALENDAR – ONLY A FEW COPIES LEFT

I’m sure you’ll agree that the last 2 years have been incredibly tough for so many people.

Thankfully, many of us have been able to rely on the love and companionship of our dogs for support. Through the course of my work I have been fortunate enough to meet a number of those people, each with their own story to tell.

It became clear to me that the role our dogs have played in maintaining our mental health and helping us navigate our way through the pandemic has been vital.  This calendar – COVID Companions 2022 – is a celebration of the contribution dog’s have made to our lives during the pandemic.  It features 12 beautiful dogs with a short description of the incredible support they have provided to their companions.

All of the profits from the sale of the calendar will be donated to our chosen charity – Pets in Hospital, supported by University Hospitals Birmingham Charity

About the Charity

Pets in Hospital is a University Hospitals Birmingham Charity project which allows patients and staff at our hospitals to receive a visit from one of our furry friends! Our growing team of specially-assessed dogs has proven to be a source of comfort for patients that visit our hospitals. Not only can our dogs put a smile on a patient’s face, they can also help with interaction between staff and family, and improve staff wellbeing!

We love our four-legged volunteers visiting our hospitals, but we can’t do this without your help. One visit costs just £7, which includes their training and uniform.  Purchasing this calendar today will help our therapy dogs continue with their important work.
